Baked tofu with Sweet-N-Sour Sauce (Sauce Cooked with Sake)
A bold glaze with a fine balance between sweet, sour and spice. The sauce is cooked with Sake. Kindly mention while booking if you would like to omit Sake from the sauce.

Vegan Beanballs Spaghetti
Fragrant herbs and black beans assembled in the beanballs, served with freshly made Italian pomodoro sauce on classic spaghetti.
